Event Overview & Important Notes
BNI Tirupur Business Expo 2026 (Expo Next 26 — Scaling New Heights) — A curated business expo for BNI members to showcase products and services. Stall allotment follows pavilion classification and member category.
We need BNI members to book stalls in the same category as their BNI classification
Payment Note: 100% Payment for booking the Stall, in the name of Fine Networking LLP. Additional charges will be applicable for extra items (TV, Pedestal & Fan).

Insurance
Participants will have to make their own arrangements for insuring the exhibits.
Cancellation / Refund
Cancellation of booking is not permitted and hence no refund will be effected. The organizers reserve the rights to allot the stalls cancelled.
Force Majeure
Under the conditions of Force Majeure, which also include strike, bandh, natural calamities, & other events and decisions beyond the control of the organizers; the organizers are entitled to alter the dates, duration or cancellation of the entire fair. In the event of cancellation of the fair, the participation charges will be refunded after deduction of the costs already incurred by the organizers.
Food Stall (Pavilion D: FC 01 - FC 05)
For fryers, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, etc. cost will be charged as per current consumption. Power consumption will be charged extra as per your usage. Daily cleaning charge will be applicable.
Stall Layout & Allotment
Requests for last-minute changes in stall size, layout modifications, or re-allotments will not be entertained under any circumstances. All stall positions are final as per the official layout shared.
Security
Appropriate round the clock security will be provided by the organizers at the venue of the fair. However, security for the previous day night will have to be arranged by the exhibitors.
Crowd & Sales Disclaimer
The organizers do not assure or commit to any specific crowd turnout, visitor footfall, or sales volume. Participation is at the discretion of the vendor, and results may vary.

Directory, Invitations to Various Association, Digital Marketing, Bus Panel, Flex and Billboards, Newspaper Advertisement, Led Auto Flex Auto, Wall Poster.
