Insurance

Participants must arrange their own insurance for exhibits and valuables. Organizers provide general venue security but exhibitors are responsible for their goods.

Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation of booking is not permitted — no refund will be provided. Organizers reserve the right to re-allot cancelled stalls.

Force Majeure

In events such as strike, bandh, natural calamities, or any force majeure, organizers may alter dates, duration, or cancel the fair. If cancellation occurs, participation charges will be refunded after deduction of incurred costs.

Food Stall / F&B

Special equipment (fryers, ovens, fridges, freezers) will be charged as per consumption. Power consumption billed separately. Daily cleaning charges apply.

Security & Crowd Disclaimer

24/7 security will be provided at the venue. Organizers do not guarantee visitor footfall or sales volume — participation is at the vendor's discretion.

Media & Publicity

Publicity mediums include directory listings, invitation outreach, digital marketing, bus panels, flex & billboards, newspaper advertisements, LED auto flex, and wall posters.
